The Fractal One Minute Index is a planetary index created by
Mr. Mikula. This index is created by taking the fractal compression routine
used to create the Fractal Siderograph, and applying it to the One Minute
Index. This creates a new planetary index that can be used on the 1 minute bar
chart.
